1,300 SF Restaurant Renovation – Proper Sandwich, Las Vegas, NV

Awarded through a competitive selection process, this 1,300-square-foot renovation revitalized a fast-casual restaurant with a complete overhaul of the dining, service, and kitchen areas.

Job Summary:

Complete demolition and rebuild of dining and service areas
Installation of a new commercial kitchen with hood and walk-in refrigerator
Updated finishes throughout for a fresh, modern aesthetic
