About the Client:

We completed a full interior renovation of a 4,500-square-foot fine dining restaurant, delivering a sophisticated and immersive dining environment that blends elegance with functionality. Executed through a design-build approach with full MEP integration, this project required close coordination with the client and design team to bring their vision to life.

Job Summary:

The renovation included a complete interior demolition and a reimagined layout, featuring a custom bar, dramatic lighting elements, and a reconfigured kitchen designed for high-performance culinary operations.

Design-Build with MEP: Provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and installation to support both front- and back-of-house operations.
Interior Demolition: Fully cleared the existing space to allow for a new layout and infrastructure.
Custom Bar Construction: Built a bespoke bar with premium materials and integrated lighting, serving as a focal point for the dining experience.
Signature Lighting Feature: Installed a dramatic light installation in the main dining area and bar to enhance ambiance and visual impact.
