Completed through a full design-build approach, this project transformed the space into a dynamic culinary destination with integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support high-volume operations.
The design focused on creating a bold, energetic atmosphere while ensuring functionality for both kitchen and bar service.
- Design-Build with MEP: Delivered comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and installation to support kitchen equipment, bar systems, and guest comfort.
- Bar Construction: Built a custom bar centerpiece featuring specialty finishes and integrated lighting to enhance the restaurant’s unique theme.
- Interior Remodel: Installed high-impact finishes, flooring, and wall treatments to create a cohesive and visually striking environment.
- Lighting Design: Incorporated ambient and accent lighting to highlight architectural features and elevate the dining experience.
