About the Client:

Remodel of an existing building to create a high-capacity commercial kitchen designed to produce up to 6,000 meals per day.

 

Job Summary:

Delivered through a comprehensive design-build approach, this project transformed the space into a state-of-the-art production facility with advanced food safety and efficiency features.

The remodel included specialized equipment installations, optimized workflow zones, and robust storage solutions to support large-scale meal preparation and distribution.

  • Design-Build with MEP: Provided full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and installation to accommodate high-volume cooking, refrigeration, and sanitation systems.
  • Ventilation Systems: Installed three commercial hoods to ensure proper airflow and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Cold Storage Expansion: Built 1,800 SF of new walk-in refrigerators for ingredient and meal storage, supporting peak production demands.
  • Blast Chiller Integration: Added a high-capacity blast chiller to maintain food quality and meet stringent temperature control requirements.
  • Dish Pit Construction: Designed and installed a dedicated dishwashing station to streamline cleaning and sanitation processes.

This project demonstrates our ability to deliver high-performance culinary environments that combine operational efficiency with strict compliance for large-scale food production.
