About the Client:
4,000 SF Restaurant & Bar Build-Out – Locale, Las Vegas, NV
We transformed a 4,000-square-foot cold, grey shell into a fully operational restaurant and bar, delivering a turnkey hospitality space that blends functionality with elevated design. From the ground up, our team managed every aspect of the interior build-out to bring the client’s vision to life.
This project required close coordination across trades and a focus on both back-of-house efficiency and front-of-house ambiance, resulting in a space that supports seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.
Job Summary:
- Kitchen Construction: Built a full-service commercial kitchen with code-compliant ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Dining Room & Bar: Created a welcoming dining area and bar with custom finishes, lighting, and millwork to reflect the restaurant’s brand identity
- Restroom Build-Out: Installed new restrooms with durable, stylish fixtures and ADA-compliant features
- Interior Finishes: Delivered high-quality flooring, wall treatments, and lighting throughout to complete the space.
