1,300 SF Themed Bar Renovation – Lucky Day, Fremont Street, Las Vegas, NV
Interior remodel for a vibrant themed bar located on iconic Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas.
Job Summary:
Delivered through a full design-build approach, this project included complete MEP services and was tailored to create an immersive nightlife experience in a compact, high-traffic footprint.
The space was transformed with custom design elements, bold finishes, and a seamless indoor/outdoor connection that enhances guest engagement and operational flexibility.
- Design-Build with MEP: Provided full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and installation to support bar operations and lighting systems.
- Custom Bar Construction: Built a one-of-a-kind bar centerpiece with integrated lighting and specialty materials to reflect the venue’s unique theme.
- Interior Finishes: Installed high-impact finishes, including wall treatments, flooring, and decorative elements that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Lighting Design: Integrated ambient and accent lighting to enhance the atmosphere and support nighttime operations.
- Roll-Up Door Installation: Added a new roll-up door to create a flexible indoor/outdoor seating experience and improve street visibility.
