About the Client:
1,250 SF Retail Build-Out – Maiden White Bridal Boutique, Las Vegas, NV
As part of our Special Projects Division, we delivered a full design-build interior fit-out for Maiden White, a 1,250-square-foot bridal boutique located in Las Vegas. This project required a high level of detail and craftsmanship to reflect the elegance and intimacy expected in a luxury retail environment.
From concept to completion, our team provided full MEP design and construction services, transforming a blank interior into a refined retail space tailored to the client’s brand and customer experience.
Job Summary:
- Design-Build with MEP: Provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and installation to support boutique operations.
- Custom Dressing Rooms: Constructed private, well-lit dressing rooms designed for comfort and elegance during bridal fittings.
- Interior Finishes: Installed premium flooring, wall treatments, and lighting to create a serene and upscale shopping atmosphere.
- Retail Display Integration: Coordinated layout and finishes to accommodate owner-furnished display fixtures and merchandise zones.
