We completed a comprehensive 20,000-square-foot tenant improvement project for Off Road Warehouse, transforming a cold shell into a fully functional retail and service facility for off-road vehicle modifications.

Job Summary:

Retail Showroom: Built a 3,000 SF retail space with custom finishes and display areas.
Storage Area: Constructed a 2,000 SF storage zone for inventory and parts.
Shop Area: Developed a 15,000 SF service bay equipped for truck lifts and off-road modifications.
MEP Systems: Provided full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services to support operations.
