About the Client:
TNT Pawn partnered with our team for a comprehensive renovation and design-build project tailored to their Cimarron location. With a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency, the client sought a complete transformation of their existing 2,700 square foot space to better serve their retail and storage needs.
Job Summary:
This design-build project involved a full renovation of a 2,700 SF existing commercial space, including:
- Demolition of existing interior elements to prepare for new construction.
- Underground plumbing and electrical upgrades, ensuring modern infrastructure to support retail operations.
- Complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design and installation, integrated into the overall build.
- Retail area transformation, featuring custom cabinetry, high-quality finishes, and a refreshed layout to enhance customer experience.
- Restroom remodel, bringing the facility up to modern standards with updated fixtures and finishes.
- Storage area enhancements, including the installation of new racking systems to optimize space and organization.
This project was delivered through a negotiated design-build approach, ensuring close collaboration with the client and efficient execution from concept to completion.
