Jay has been part of Edge Design and Construction since its very beginning, serving as Business Coach and Consultant to guide leadership, culture, and organizational growth. While his career didn’t start in construction, Jay found success coaching and consulting within the contracting world, drawing on years of experience as a CFO working with contractors. That background, combined with his passion for team building, made supporting construction leaders a natural fit.
What Jay enjoys most about the industry is seeing talented teams come together to turn plans on paper into real, tangible results. He brings a unique blend of executive management and competitive athletics experience, helping teams strengthen communication, improve performance, and operate at a championship level. His focus is on creating clarity, alignment, and accountability so projects run smoothly and success follows.
Outside of work, Jay stays connected to his love of sports as a competitive golfer and pickleball player. He also serves on the Executive Board of both the Nevada State and Southern Nevada Golf Associations and is a Board member for the UNLV Rebel Hockey Club. A fun fact: Jay is a lifelong Parrothead who has seen Jimmy Buffett in concert more than 50 times. For Jay, working with Edge means building trust, fostering collaboration, and helping people become the best version of themselves.
