Mindy joined the Edge Design and Construction team in 2023, serving as Construction Bookkeeper and Senior Project Administrator. Her career in construction began when she was invited to work for a plumbing and HVAC company, which sparked her interest in the industry. Later, she joined a general contractor and discovered her passion for watching projects evolve from concept to completion.
Mindy enjoys the camaraderie of working on a team and finds it fascinating to see a space stripped down to its bones and rebuilt into something beautiful. She contributes to Edge’s success by managing contracts, processing accounts receivable and payable, and handling day-to-day financial operations. Known for her teamwork and willingness to help wherever needed, Mindy ensures projects run smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Mindy loves spending time with family and friends, watching her daughter play softball, enjoying date nights with her husband, shopping, and attending church. Originally from Springfield, Missouri, she grew up raising and showing milking shorthorn and jersey cows—a fun fact that surprises many. For Mindy, working at Edge is rewarding because of the supportive team environment that makes every day enjoyable.
