Randy joined the Edge Design and Construction team in 2024, bringing nearly five decades of experience to the role of Senior Superintendent. He’s been building since his first shop class in sixth grade and started his first construction job at 17. Today, Randy still loves the craft and the challenges that come with every project. For him, no two jobs are alike, and that constant change keeps him engaged and thinking ahead.
As Senior Superintendent, Randy draws on his deep experience, from starting as a laborer to mastering every phase of the building process. His ability to read plans, create comprehensive schedules, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners ensures projects run smoothly. Known for his problem-solving skills and adaptability, Randy believes there’s always a solution, and he shares his 49 years of knowledge generously with the team.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, motorcycle rides, cruises, and exploring new restaurants. A valuable lesson he’s learned is that mistakes aren’t showstoppers—adapt and overcome. His advice for newcomers: stick with it through the hard times, and the rewards will follow. At Edge, Randy helps create a positive environment by staying calm, finding solutions, and moving forward.
