Victor has led Edge Design and Construction since 2018, inspired by the challenge and variety the construction industry offers every day. He enjoys being solution-oriented and finding ways to turn obstacles into opportunities.
One project he is especially proud of is the Cello Tower sales center at Symphony Park—a complex 3,500-square-foot space with high-end finishes, delivered on schedule and on budget. That success was about more than planning; it was the result of strong teamwork and collaboration.
Victor’s favorite “tool” is the schedule because effective planning and coordination give everyone—from subcontractors to owners—the best chance for success. Over the years, he has learned that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness, and that mindset shapes his leadership style.
Outside of work, Victor enjoys time with his wife, kids, and friends, staying active at the gym, outdoor activities, and pickleball. He also volunteers through the Henderson Chamber and Leadership programs. His advice for newcomers: be patient, ask questions, and embrace the sense of accomplishment that comes with building something lasting. At Edge, Victor believes in giving every team member a voice and empowering them to grow—because that’s how great projects and great teams are built.
