About the Client:
Design-Assist project for a 6,654 SF interior remodel of executive offices for a national company, creating a modern, functional, and technology-driven workspace.
Job Summary:
Delivered through a collaborative approach, this project reconfigured office layouts and introduced premium finishes to elevate the client’s corporate environment. Working alongside the client’s interior designer, we ensured the architectural and aesthetic vision was achieved while providing full MEP design and installation to support advanced systems for comfort, security, and collaboration.
- MEP Design & Installation: Delivered complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and installation to support office operations and technology integration.
- Office Reconfiguration: Updated executive offices and reception areas with new flooring, finishes, and optimized layouts for productivity, in coordination with the interior designer’s specifications.
- Private Executive Kitchen: Installed a fully equipped kitchen for convenience and hospitality.
- Conference Room & AV Integration: Built a state-of-the-art conference room with advanced audio-visual systems for seamless communication.
- Access Control: Implemented secure entry systems to enhance safety and privacy.
- HVAC & Lighting Upgrades: Completed a full upgrade of the existing HVAC system and installed modern lighting solutions for efficiency and comfort.
