About the Client:
EZ Pawn – 12,000 SF Interior Remodel | Retail & Warehouse Facility
We were selected through a competitive bidding process to complete a 12,000-square-foot interior remodel for EZ Pawn, a national retail brand. This project involved the transformation of an existing facility into a dual-purpose space that supports both customer-facing retail operations and back-of-house logistics. Our team delivered a high-quality, efficient renovation that met the client’s operational needs, brand standards, and timeline.

Full Interior Remodel
We executed a comprehensive renovation of the entire facility, including layout optimization, new finishes, lighting upgrades, and infrastructure improvements to support both retail and warehouse functions. The remodel was carefully phased to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Retail Build-Out – 3,500 SF
The front-of-house retail area was prepared to accommodate owner-furnished casework, requiring precise coordination with the client’s vendors. We installed durable flooring, upgraded lighting, and finished walls and ceilings to create a clean, professional retail environment aligned with EZ Pawn’s brand identity.
Warehouse Improvements – 8,500 SF
The warehouse portion of the facility was upgraded to enhance functionality and support inventory management. Improvements included durable flooring systems, high-efficiency lighting, and access enhancements such as improved loading zones and circulation paths.
