About the Client:
4,000 SF Restaurant Build-Out – Half Bird, Las Vegas, NV
For this fast-casual dining concept, we partnered in a design-assist capacity to deliver a full interior transformation of a 4,000-square-foot space. The scope included complete demolition, new MEP drawings, and the installation of a commercial kitchen with hood, dish pit, and custom millwork. The project was completed with high-end finishes and new restrooms, creating a vibrant and functional dining environment.
Job Summary:
- Design-Assist Collaboration: Worked closely with the client and design team to develop MEP drawings and construction plans.
- Interior Demolition: Cleared the existing space to prepare for a full build-out.
- Kitchen & Bar Installation: Installed a new hood system, dish pit, and custom millwork for the kitchen and service areas.
- Finishes & Fixtures: Delivered high-end finishes and new restrooms to complete the guest experience.
