We successfully delivered a 4,000-square-foot luxury Sales Center build-out within the iconic Cello Tower at Symphony Park, completing the project on an accelerated 60-day schedule to align with the high-profile Formula 1 event. This fast-tracked project highlights our ability to execute high-end commercial interiors with precision, speed, and attention to detail.
Job Summary:
Beginning from a cold shell, we performed essential structural modifications, including new concrete placements and slab adjustments, to accommodate the custom layout and functional needs of the Sales Center.
We constructed refined interior spaces including client meeting areas, restrooms, a hospitality kitchen, and lounge zones—each finished with premium materials and luxury detailing to reflect the brand’s upscale identity.
Our team delivered full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, integrating advanced systems to support the operational and aesthetic requirements of a high-end sales environment.
With a strict 60-day timeline, we coordinated all trades and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Despite the compressed schedule, we maintained rigorous quality control and safety standards throughout the project.
